MANNOL Antifreeze AG13 Hightec (Article No. 4113) is a Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT) concentrated antifreeze formulated for modern monoethylene-glycol-based cooling systems. Manufactured in Germany, it combines the long-term corrosion protection of organic acid inhibitors with the immediate protective layer of conventional inorganic technology — giving engines a more complete, balanced defence compared to either technology alone.

This product is sold as a concentrate and must be diluted with distilled water before use — typically in a 1:1 ratio for protection down to approximately -37°C, or adjusted based on your local climate requirements. Please confirm compatibility with your vehicle before placing the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
